Merchant & Seller Agreement

These terms apply to all registered merchants, student vendors, and business enterprises selling goods or services on VENDORA.

1. Merchant Verification & KYC All sellers must complete basic identity or student/business verification before requesting payouts. Fraudulent identity details result in immediate account termination.

2. Listing Standards & Stock Accuracy Sellers must maintain accurate inventory counts, true item conditions (New, Like New, Fair), and genuine product photographs. Misleading photos or duplicate listings are rejected by Admin Moderation.

3. Off-Platform Solicitations Prohibited Directing buyers to pay outside Vendora Pay via private bank transfers or cash is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of contract resulting in forfeiture of accrued trust metrics and account suspension.

4. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Orders must be dispatched within the merchant’s stated handling window (standard 24–48 hours). Consistent dispatch delays negatively impact your merchant trust badge and seller rank.

5. Settlements & Fees Funds from completed orders become available in your merchant wallet upon successful buyer PIN confirmation. Platform commission rates are deducted transparently at settlement. Payouts are transferred directly to verified Nigerian bank accounts.
