Referral & Affiliate Program Terms

VENDORA operates two distinct reward initiatives designed to support community growth: Customer Referral Rewards (Program A) and the Affiliate Commission Program (Program B).

1. Program A: Customer Referrals & Milestone Rewards - Existing registered members can share their unique referral link or code with new users. - Attribution is captured at the time of user registration and remains permanently linked to that referee. - Rewards are issued as platform credits into your Rewards Wallet upon referee qualifying milestones. - Referral rewards cannot be converted directly to bank cash and have no cash surrender value.

2. Program B: Affiliate Purchase Commissions - Approved affiliates earn performance-based commissions on eligible merchandise sales driven through valid tracking links. - Attribution follows a 30-day last-click policy. - Commission maturation requires a mandatory clearance period to account for delivery confirmation and dispute resolution. - Matured commissions may be withdrawn to verified Nigerian bank accounts subject to minimum payout thresholds.

3. Strict Anti-Fraud & Self-Referral Rules - Self-referrals, creating multiple accounts to farm milestone bonuses, and automated bot clicks are strictly forbidden. - Spamming unsolicited emails, SMS, or bulk messaging without consent is cause for immediate disqualification. - VENDORA reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any reward or commission resulting from abusive or fraudulent activity.

4. Important Notice: No Guaranteed Income Participation in any VENDORA referral or affiliate initiative does not guarantee any minimum income, profit, or return. Earnings depend entirely on independent promotion, market demand, and legitimate buyer activity.
